Abacus Acquires Broadstone Ingleside Multifamily Community

Abacus Capital is pleased to announce that it recently partnered with an affiliate of Westbrook Partners to acquire Broadstone Ingleside, a 336-unit multifamily community located in the northwestern Charleston suburb of Ladson, SC. Delivered in early 2022, the garden-style Class A multifamily community was nearing stabilization at the time of acquisition.

Comprised of 13 multistory apartment buildings and one clubhouse/amenity center across 42 acres, Abacus and Westbrook acquired Broadstone Ingleside for an undisclosed price.

Located adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz manufacturing facility and surrounded by employment demand drivers such as the CHS airport, Boeing installation, Joint Base Charleston and Charleston Southern University, Broadstone Ingleside represents the newest community in its competitive set and is competitively differentiated by a market-leading amenity package and best-in-class unit finishes.
